Our unoaked Chardonnay comes from the single vineyard Houlevena, one of our first vineyards with successful cultivation. Unique soil of this vineyard is due to its limestone and clay.
Combined with its proximity to the sea, Houlevena vineyard yields a perfect ecosystem. These elements allow for the ideal taste of the always classy Chardonnay.
