It undergoes a meticulous aging process on lees for at least 4 years. During the disgorgement stage, a tiny amount of dosage is delicately added to each bottle, accentuating the fruit characteristics, and preserving the delightful acidity and citrus notes.
Floral and yeast notes on the nose give way to crisp Fruit flavors of citrus and apple. Pinot Noir provides a firm body and structure. A great balance between the fruit and acid keeps this zero dosage of Champagne from being overly dry.
