Using malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley, and Irish Barra oats, this elegant Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey follows on from the inaugural release with a more bourbon cask focus and will be a staple expression for The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney into the future.

NOSE: Toasted nuts, vanilla honey, and toffee notes accompanied by sweet dried fruit

PALATE: Winter spice, redcurrant, and coconut shift elegantly to deeper notes of dark chocolate, almond, and oak. A creamy, full bodied mouthfeel with unexpected depths.

Alcohol: 43.0 %

FINISH: Scintillating sweet wine notes, with a slide of dry space that lingers delicately, sublimely on the palate.
