Calvados produced by seventh generation Jean-Francois Guillouet in Caligny, Suisse-Normand, in the AOC appellation • A blend of three vintages distilled on a traveling, food-fired still (vintages will vary lot to lot) • 14–17 years old (vintages in blend will vary lot to lot) • Aromas of deep green apple, vanilla, and honey with a touch of almond lead to a round, oily mouthfeel and a long finish; a wonderful representation of the third Calvados appellation!
