Vanilla is balanced by a citrus twist in this Risata Prosecco DOC. The light straw color and bounty of bubbles is very pleasing to the eye. Not the smooth Prosecco on the block, but it is summery, refreshing and great for an appetizer of warm olives and cheese or a Tiramisu dessert.
